Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup w formie magazynu depozytowego implantów ortopedycznych i artykułów do operacji ortopedycznych; według szacunkowych ilości określonych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, podzielonych na 6 pakietów, który stanowi integralną część niniejszej specyfikacji: pakiet 1 – Proteza biodra całkowita pakiet 2 – Proteza biodra całkowita i proteza barku pakiet 3 – Płyty okołoprotezowe pakiet 4 – Proteza kolana i biodra pakiet 5 – Proteza kolana i Bipolarna pakiet 6 – Implanty urazowe
