PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE ENGLISH VERSION Przedmiotem zamówienia jest aparatura do pomiaru efektu Halla i przewodnictwa służy do charakteryzacji elektrycznej materiałów (oporność, koncentracja nośników, ruchliwość). Aparatura powinna posiadać następujące cechy: 1. Możliwość pomiaru efektu Halla w trybie stałoprądowym (dc) i zmiennoprądowym (ac). 2. Możliwość pomiarów elektrycznych próbki w konfiguracji czterokontaktowej (van der Pauw) i sześciokontaktowej (tzw. „Hall-bar”). 3. Możliwość pomiaru w szerokim zakresie temperatur: od 10 K do 1000K z użyciem kriostatu z kompresorem pracującym w obiegu zamkniętym He (pomiary niskotemperaturowe) lub pieca z atmosferą gazu obojętnego (pomiary wysokotemperaturowe). 4. Możliwość pomiaru w trybie niskooporowym i wysokooporowym (dla próbek o oporze max 200 GΩ). 3. Aparatura powinna obejmować elektromagnes, umożliwiającym wytworzenie pola magnetycznego: min. 0.9 T (tryb dc) oraz 0.6 T (wartość skuteczna – RMS, tryb ac) dwóch kierunkach. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi pkt 3 SWZ ENGLISH VERSION The subject of the contract is equipment for measuring the Hall effect and conductivity, used for the electrical characterization of materials (resistance, carrier concentration, mobility). The equipment should have the following features: 1. Ability to measure the Hall effect in direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) modes. 2. Ability to measure electrically the sample in four-contact (van der Pauw) and six-contact (Hall-bar) configurations. 3. Ability to measure over a wide temperature range: from 10 K to 1000 K using a cryostat with a closed-loop He compressor (low-temperature measurements) or an inert gas atmosphere furnace (high-temperature measurements). 4. Ability to measure in low-resistance and high-resistance modes (for samples with a maximum resistance of 200 GΩ). 3. The equipment should include an electromagnet capable of generating a magnetic field: min. 0.9 T (DC mode) and 0.6 T (RMS, AC mode) in both directions. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Section 3 of the Technical Specifications.
