1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest : dostawa Oprogramowania wraz z licencją w modelu subskrypcyjnym na okres 12 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia Umowy, ale nie wcześniej niż od dnia rozpoczęcia okresu subskrypcji wskazanego w tabeli w Rozdziale II Tomu III SWZ OPZ oraz z Gwarancją producenta. 2.
