Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów leczniczych i medycznych, określonych w formularzu cenowym nr 18/2025, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1, sukcesywnie wg bieżących potrzeb, łącznie z rozładunkiem i przeniesieniem do magazynu (na regał) Szpitala Rejonowego w Raciborzu, przy ul.
