Beschreibung

This call for tenders aims at providing strategic support to Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking. In order to ensure the adequate management of the activities and deal with the complexity of the EU-Rail JU programme without increasing rigidity in its organisation and cost structure, the EU-Rail JU considers key to avail itself of the support of external providers in the fields of strategy advice and support to programme management. This shall ensure that the EU-Rail JU is in the position to achieve its objectives, complementing the expert knowledge of its diversified membership with the selected contractors. The framework contract will be implemented through specific contracts where the type of expertise, the duration of the specific services and any other relevant element will be detailed.The requested advice requires a sound knowledge of the railway market and current developments of rail technologies. In addition, specific competences in the field of innovative engineering design and project management are required. Advice may be requested in the following domains: - Task 1. Strategic advice to EU-Rail JU - Task 2. Support to the EU-Rail JU System Pillar - Task 3. Support to the Deployment group
